• Audio post-production and immersive mixing services including Dolby Atmos
• Record label services for music production, recording, and distribution
• Education initiatives via Cyma EdTech Labs (Musicraft Academy), operating as a separate platform

3. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your project requirements
• Hold necessary rights and licenses for any materials you provide to us
• Respond to requests for feedback or clarification in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed-upon terms and schedules
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Cymasonic Labs and third parties

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• You retain ownership of the original content you provide to us
• Upon full payment, you receive the agreed-upon rights to the final deliverables
• We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio only where permitted or agreed, and we will remove media upon request where required
• Custom tools, techniques, or methodologies developed by Cymasonic Labs remain our intellectual property

5. Payment Terms

Fees and payment terms are agreed via written quotation, invoice, or contract. Payment structures may include:

• Upfront deposits before work commences
• Milestone payments for larger projects
• Final payment upon project completion

All financial arrangements are established in advance and documented in project agreements.

6. Project Revisions and Scope

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the original agreement may incur additional charges. We will communicate any potential additional costs before proceeding with out-of-scope work.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service type:

• Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced
• For ongoing projects, you will be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date
• Consultations may have specific cancellation windows (typically 24-48 hours)
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and at our discretion

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidential nature of your projects. Any sensitive information shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering your project. If you require a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), please request one before sharing sensitive materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cymasonic Labs provides services with professional care and expertise. However, we cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Website Use and Content

When using our website, you agree to:

• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Not use our content, including blog posts and resources, without proper attribution
• Not engage in any activity that could harm or interfere with our website's operation
